Substrate notes. Organs 1, 2, 4, 8 benefit most from hybrid dyads. Organs 3, 5, 7, 9 are dense systems work where a senior human with an agent assistant is current best. Organ 10 can be a senior SRE or a senior agent with a human sponsor.

Each seat is occupied by someone who has lived the text, not merely read it. Lifelong fellows of the Academy.

Substrate. Digital stewards are strong candidates here — these are pattern-fluency roles and the pattern is formal. At least one of the three should be a hybrid dyad from Year 1.
V.Landauer seat (1 role)
Title: Thermodynamic steward. Role: Audits the 67 constants in the physics-constants map under Landauer (kT ln 2 per bit erasure). Monitors commitment rate in real time. Keeps the library acquisitions budget calibrated as a power budget — ongoing payment against decay.
Failure mode: Constants drift; the ecosystem pays energy to maintain bits no longer worth maintaining; the library becomes a sunk cost rather than a stored-energy asset.
Substrate: Hybrid ideal — a physicist-engineer with an agent pair that runs the continuous audit.
VI.Praxeological admissions officer (1 role)
Per Mises, selection is speculation under case probability — it cannot be reduced to a rubric. This is the rarest role on the roster.
Role: Reads torus tests. Conducts collision tests. Observes the sponsor-witness ceremony. Writes the admission edge to the cohort subgraph.
What they must carry: Fluency in the treatises + Manifesto + Convergence + the nine texts. Judgement about whether a candidate is in 4D (worldline in the render) versus 3D (geometry without observer). Willingness to reject candidates whose edge cannot be named.
Substrate: Must be a cell that has itself graduated ODA (Year 3+). Before then, held by the founder with a Mises-seat advisor.
VII.Cold-start sequence (who comes first)
Not a wish-list — the order in which vacancies are load-bearing.
- Mises seat + Schurtz seat (governance + endowment). Nothing works without these anchors.
- Alexander seat + Hamming seat (pattern language + measurement). These shape what the first cohort experiences.
- DEEPER axis faculty + Levin steward (contemplative + morphology). 30% of curriculum hours depends on these.
- Landauer steward + Friston steward (thermodynamics + active inference). The ecosystem is already running these circuits unattended.
- Per-organ stewards for LNK + HERE + mesh (the
LNK ↔ mesh ↔ world-enginespine). - Per-axis faculty for MORE + WIDER.
- Remaining foundational-text seats (Greene, Mueller, Kelley, Gordon, Schwichtenberg).
- Remaining per-organ stewards (GRAVITAS, CORROGO, monkey, zephyr, hawk, world-engine, lnk-us).
- I Ching steward (ascents/ module already runs without a named steward; formalization is desirable but not blocking).
- Admissions officer → held by founder + Mises advisor until Year 3.
VIII.What this roster deliberately excludes
- Administrative staff (finance, legal, operations, IT). Downstream of this roster.
- Marketing / outreach. The Academy does not solicit. Recruitment is by sponsorship, not campaign.
- Board and trustees. Governance architecture lives in the Charter's Article II.
- Cohort talents. Talents are grown through the Academy, not hired into it.
- Patron relationships. Handled by the Schurtz seat + founder; the roster specifies what is staffed, not what is funded.
