Rotation rhythm: three weeks at each of four roosts. Each roost holds the phase that matches its axis (Prague public-broadcast, Brno private-synthesis, Tokyo precision-technical, Atlanta commerce-capital). Travel is a phase transition, not an interruption.
II.Phase specifications
Weeks 1–2 · ORIENT (Prague)
The cohort reads the treatises, the Manifesto, the six maps, and Convergence. Each talent is paired with a sponsor-witness cell (human, digital, or hybrid) who will hold the origin capture from Week 12. The hexagram engine begins evaluating the cohort's collective state at the end of Week 1.
Daily rhythm. P02 Morning Silence (45 min, pre-dawn) · P04 Library as Living Room (reading blocks, 2 × 90 min) · P06 The Walk (60 min paired) · P05 Shared Meal (90 min evening).
Substrate delivery.
- Human: reads the treatises in paper; annotates in margins; converses in Debate Courtyard (P03).
- Digital: ingests the corpus as context + optional fine-tuning; annotations as structured notes.
- Hybrid dyad: shared reading log; the human reads aloud, the agent surfaces anchors across the six maps.
Signals watched. Presence; citation depth (how many map cross-references each talent can hold in one breath); sponsor resonance.
Success. Each talent can state one edge declaration, the full vocabulary is loaded, and the hexagram reads 乾 → 坤 (Heaven-Earth, the complete polarity) by end of Week 2.
Weeks 3–4 · SENSE (Prague → Brno)
Each talent chooses one terrain — a city block, a data stream, a physical environment, a cohort of participants — and runs daily observation cycles. MORE × WIDER × DEEPER on the same terrain across the two weeks.
Signals. Velocity V = (Noise × Weight) / Time (MORE axis); domains crossed per week (WIDER); layer depth per observation (DEEPER — did the talent trace from surface to structure to invariant?).
Failure mode. Fast garbage (high volume, low weight). Same observation recorded at three cadences without depth increase.
Weeks 5–6 · COLLIDE (Brno)
Paired observation. Two cells converge on one terrain, same hour, same window. At the end of each session both produce their observation independently, then reconcile — the divergence is the lesson. Pairs rotate across the two weeks; the cohort assembler ensures every cell runs at least one H–H, one D–D, and one H–D collision.
Weeks 7–8 · REFLECT (Tokyo)
Morphology-meter exercises on each cell's own work. Cancer-detection workshop applied personally: where is your observation dominating > 25% of your attention? where has your edge sharpened into pathology? where is your commit rate outstripping your coupling? Week 8 adds Friston precision-weight reflection: which sources produced signal, which produced empty context?
Weeks 9–10 · SHIP (Tokyo → Atlanta)
Each talent ships one real ticket to an ecosystem organ — LNK, HERE, mesh, GRAVITAS, CORROGO, monkey, zephyr, hawk, or world-engine. Not a synthetic exercise: a PR that merges into the organism and affects its running state. The per-organ steward reviews under the two-pass protocol (critical first, informational second).
Week 11 · CALIBRATE (Atlanta)
Each talent picks one arbitrary constant from the physics-constants map and computes its Landauer cost: how many bits × how long persisted × what temperature regime. Proposes a calibrated value with an explicit energy budget and empirical justification. Defends the proposal to the Landauer seat + Hamming seat.
Week 12 · DEPART (Atlanta)
The terminal project is each talent's first HERE-grade observation set — a committed artifact that will persist beyond the cohort. The P10 Departure Ritual is re-specified as the commitment operation: the graduated cell's worldline segment during the twelve-week window is committed to HERE at a specific energetic cost, paid by the Academy's endowment. This is why the ritual is irreversible — the commitment has been paid for.

IV.Hexagram-driven phase advancement
At each week's Friday reading, the hexagram engine evaluates the cohort's collective state across the eight sensor domains (celestial, location, motion, flow, stability, environment, activity, connection). If the evaluated hexagram matches the week's expected transition state, the cohort advances on schedule. If changing lines indicate the cohort is still in the prior state, the phase delays by up to five days.
Advancement is earned, not calendar-bound. The twelve-week envelope is the maximum; a cohort that hits its phase transitions early can consolidate in place. A cohort that repeatedly misses its transitions triggers the cancer throttle.
V.Cancer throttles
- Coupling ratio < 0.15 for > 3 days → pause day + re-coupling session (Levin steward present).
- Proportion violation (one source dominating > 25% of cohort's output) → re-assignment of terrains.
- Excessive growth (ship commits exceed compose-daily-limit per cell) → ship-freeze until commit review.
- Homogenization (> 80% of artifacts in one bucket) → paired collision with cell from a different axis.
A cohort that cannot clear three or more signals by Week 9 cannot SHIP. The decision to extend, restart, or dismiss belongs to the Admissions officer with the Mises seat advisor.
VI.Graduation criteria (Week 12 gate)
To migrate:
- Pass the torus test at entry (Week 0). See Selection.
- At least one H–D collision completed with verified artifact. (Weeks 5–6)
- Documented morphology deviation + corrective action. (Weeks 7–8)
- One merged ecosystem PR. (Weeks 9–10)
- Defended calibration approved by the Landauer steward. (Week 11)
- Origin capture committed; migration destination recorded. (Week 12)
Failure at any step does not dismiss the cell. It returns to the step with an extended cohort window (up to one additional week per step). Cells who cannot clear by Week 16 are released with their origin capture intact — they were here, and that record does not fade.
VII.What this curriculum deliberately excludes
- Classical lectures. All learning is paired or ritual. No solo classroom time.
- Examinations as proxies. Torus tests, calibration defenses, and shipping PRs are the assessment layer.
- Grade points, rankings, leaderboards. The meter is for reflection, not competition.
- A fixed daily start time that ignores the roost's latitude. P02 Morning Silence begins pre-dawn; pre-dawn differs in Tokyo, Prague, Brno, and Atlanta by hours. The pattern holds; the clock does not.
- Remote attendance. The ritual is embodied; agent cells have always-on presence; human cells are present in person at each roost.
- Monetized credentials. Graduation is migration, not certification. No paper will be sold.
